This Hazy IPA recipe comes from Northern Brewer. They classify it as an imperial IPA, clocking in at 7.1%, but I felt this was more of a hazy style, especially after seeing it in person. The hops shine on this without too much bitterness and the haze is unreal! This is the second beer I have made since getting back into brewing after a 2.5 year break and also the second beer I have made since focusing more on the water chemistry. I also switched up to Brew in a Bag for this and am loving the simplicity!

5/13 - Planning on using hop bags to allow for primary and secondary to happen without transfer. Will be able to remove the primary hop bag then wait 3 days to add the secondary hop bag.

Entered recipe as a 6 gal batch instead of a 5.5 gal on accident so ended up with about 1 gal extra that went down the drain. Adjusted the cloud save for future brews to not waste. Still hit targets!
